• What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  • Your booking is a reserved spot ; deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Under foreseen or unforeseen events, the client must cancel, we (KiZ Beauty Hub) must be notified of cancelation 7 days prior to the service date or the client will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance of the requested service.

• How should I prepare for a makeup application appointment?
