Our Policy

  • Wedding Bookings - To secure a date, a 50% deposit is due at the time of contract signing. This deposit is non-refundable and non transferable. Please be advised, the scheduled date and time will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received. Also note that a trial session does not ensure reservation of your wedding day/date. Availability changes instantaneously; early booking is highly recommended.

  • Other Bookings (Other services e.g Special occasions, makeup lesson and pamper glam) - To secure a date, a $30 deposit is due at the time of booking for Glam and $100 deposit for ALL Permanent Cosmetics services. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Payment - All payments including deposits, makeup preview fee, and final payments are non-refundable. The final balance for wedding services is due the day before the wedding while payment for other services is due on the appointment day prior to receiving services .The person(s) responsible for the entire balance is the person(s) who signed the booking contract/agreement. Accepted forms of payment are:

    • Cash, All major credit cards (3% processing fee for card transactions)

    • Zelle - (443) 442-4851

    • CashApp - $KiZBeautyHubbb

  • Travel Fee - Travel fees vary depending on the event location.

  • Offsite service location requirements - Location of service for the day of the event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup application (A setup area has to be made available).

  • Event/Service Cancellation - Your booking is a reserved spot; all payments are non-refundable. Under the foreseen or unforeseen event that the client must cancel, KiZ Beauty Hub must be notified of the event/service cancelation at least 7 days prior to the date of service or the client will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance agreed upon on the contract/agreement. Changes to the terms of the contract will be at our discretion. In the unforeseen event that we are unable to perform services on the reserved event date, we will refund the total deposit to the signed holder of the contract/agreement.

  • RESCHEDULING - In the foreseen or unforeseen circumstances that the event date must change and we agree to reschedule, a new contract is required to secure the rescheduled date. We will void the original contract, and all previous payments and deposits towards the original event date remain non-refundable however the deposit is transferable.

  • CHANGES IN SERVICE HEADCOUNT FOR WEDDING - Any requests for additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing or email at least 15 days prior to your service date. Additions requested on the day of service are at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Any agreed additional performed services to the contract will be paid in full upon completion and are billed at regular posted rates. No refund is given for members of the wedding party who miss or refuse their appointment for any reason.

  • LIABILITY - Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release KiZ Beauty Hub from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. We (KiZ Beauty Hub) reserve the right to refuse services or alter services if there are known medical conditions prohibiting services , unsanitary conditions exist and/or contagious infections are present. Client understands and acknowledges that we (KiZ Beauty Hub) may alter service(s) or NOT perform services where any contagious infections or illness such as pink eye (conjunctivitis) or cold sores/fever blisters are present and there shall be no refund of any paid deposits and Client will pay the remaining balance in full. Client also acknowledges that they will allow us (KiZ Beauty Hub) to work in safe conditions for personal safety. At any time, we feel physically threatened or verbally abused, we may cease the performance of services and exit the building.

  • NON-DEFAMATION - Client and all parties obtaining services from KiZ Beauty Hub agree that they will not, directly or indirectly, make or ratify any defamatory comments, reviews or remarks as defined by law, in writing, orally or electronically, about KiZ Beauty Hub and their respective products and services. By receiving services, you agree to this contract stipulation whether or not this contract is signed by the party obtaining the service.
